Creative Piano Lessons: Music Arrangements

Here are the extract of two music backing arrangement I did that was played during my August 2014 piano student concert.

ABOUT

M.Wan has been teaching piano since 1994 with a major in composing for film & TV music.

Her piano lessons program syllabus is classical & contemporary (pop/blues/jazz/tv-film music) piano music, including the technique of playing the piano for intermediate and advanced students, either to learn for leisure or exam. Her teaching experience started off at Box Hill Tafe Music Department (from 1994-2000) and later follow by teaching at two primary schools. Antonio Park Primary School (Mitcham, Melbourne from 1999 - 2017 for 18 years) and Our Lady of the Southern Cross Catholic Primary School (Wyndham Vale, Werribee, Melbourne, from 2011 to present).

Between 2006 and 2007 she started two community based orchestra, MW’s Chamber Orchestra and Werribee Chamber Orchestra.

🔎📝 M.Wan specialises in teaching primary school age children ground zero early beginner right through to beginner piano, basic piano foundation playing like learning to write ABC and 123, which requires close attention and observation. The same applies to teaching adults the basic piano foundation from ground zero up.

What M.Wan offer you is her years of piano teaching experiences and guidance, in learning the art of how to play and develop those musical piano playing skills, at the same time understanding the needs of each person, whether to learn for interest, music appreciation, write a simple piano music, improvising or to sit AMEB piano exams.
